Chrome can paint the duck over Bluetooth right now. No store app required for the designer.
Chrome on iPhone cannot talk Bluetooth (it is Safari underneath). The Digital Duck app is the iPhone path. Not in the App Store yet.
When the store listing is live, this page will send iPhone there and keep Android on the designer until Play is up.
